AGI Driving Academy Terms of Use
Welcome to AGI Driving Academy! By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before using our App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

a. Permission is granted to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by AGI Driving Academy at any time.

4. Services
a. The App provides services related to driver's education training, including but not limited to booking and scheduling classes and driving sessions, making payments, and accessing customer support.
b. AGI Driving Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services provided by the App without notice.
5. Payment
a. Payment for services offered through the App must be made through the provided payment methods. By making a payment, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
b. All payments made through the App are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of AGI Driving Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
b. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.
7. Limitations
In no event shall AGI Driving Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if AGI Driving Academy or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
